Bobby Dalbec fell a double shy of the cycle as the Spinners took down the Cyclones 8-1. Over the course of their six-game home stand, Dalbec was 13-for-25 with four home runs and 11 RBI. The pitching staff combined to allow just one run on 10 strikeouts and six hits.
Tucker Tubbs went deep twice and Tyler Hill had four hits of his own, including a home run, as Lowell won their fourth game in a row. The bullpen combined to go 6.1 innings with eight strikeouts while surrendering only one run.
Starter Josh Pennington struck out six in six innings as the Spinners took down the Cyclones 4-1. Tucker Tubbs had a pair of doubles and an RBI and Carlos Tovar added a pair of RBI on his 21st birthday while Matthew Gorst picked up his first professional season.
Bobby Dalbec went 4-for-5 with a home run as Lowell ran over Connecticut 11-3. With a season high 19 hits supporting him, starter Dakota Smith went 6.2 scoreless innings as the Spinners extended their division lead over Connecticut to two games.
